Managerial effectiveness means performing managerial activities effectively, which means doing the right things. Many people believe that successful managers are intelligent, imaginative, innovative, and knowledgeable, but only effectiveness in handling things translates these qualities into success.
When Sri Rama decided to go to the forest, Lakshmana felt dejected, expressed his anger, and spoke harsh words about King Dasaratha as well as Kaikeyi. Rama, who was established in righteousness, spoke to Lakshmana, who was disturbed and exhausted, saying, “In obtaining the fruit of good works in the world, righteousness, utility, and free will are given importance.”
One who is interested in wealth alone becomes indeed fit to be hated in the world.
He said he cannot avoid fulfilling his father’s command completely, as that is against ethics. The king is the decision-maker regarding who should be the successor; for the mother, he is the husband, the resource person, and the personified law.

"വത്സാ, സൗമിത്രേ, കുമാര ! നീ കേൾക്കണം" - അയോധ്യാകാണ്ഡം ലക്ഷ്മണോപദേശം
“ഭോഗങ്ങളെല്ലാം ക്ഷണപ്രഭഞ്ചലം വേഗേന നഷ്ടമായുസ്സുമോർക്ക നീ”
Lakshmana was pacified by Rama, who told him that in such situations it is better to deal with the matter with patience, as getting angry is not the solution. Doing the right thing is important, and following the path of Dharma will give experience—and that experience in life will have more value than wearing the crown with no effort.
Similarly, in business, entrepreneurs must remain patient during challenging situations and react only after analyzing the impact of a particular expression. Patience and doing the right things are essential qualities of successful entrepreneurs. Be down to earth rather than showing anger. Impatience is self-sabotage.
