Reboot is a word very familiar to Computer hardware and IT industry, now it's used as a business terminology. This is brought in to business management by Covid 19. Due to corona outbreak, there is big amount of losses incurred by business units. If they have to recover, a rebooting is to be planned.

Similar to a computer reboot program work after a crash, the entire operating system in an organization will have to be reloaded. What took you here will not take you there is a relevant statement at this point of time.

Entire functions will have to be rebuilt to make it future ready. Future proofing of current system is the key and strategies needs to be devised to come back to normal and then a continuity plan is to be framed. It will take time for everything to fall in place and programs work only if business has a continuity plan. The vision and mission itself might change.

However, innovations can be expected, disruptions will fall in line, creativity will creep up to fulfill unsatisfied needs of customers. Corona changed the way people live, it changed the way they spent, it changed the way they did business.

A computer is programmed for a reboot but businesses are not as pandemic is a new experience to the world.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

I created this blog as a space to share simple yet powerful ideas that can make a meaningful difference in our everyday lives.

Fueled by a passion for sharing insights from my rich reservoir of knowledge, I believe that knowledge grows when it’s shared.

Through my blogs and articles, I aim to double the value of what I’ve learned by passing it on to others.

Whenever I come across a meaningful realization or a thought-provoking idea, I feel compelled to share it. My writings are intended for entrepreneurs, students, management enthusiasts, and anyone curious about how management theories and principles can be practically and effectively applied to both life and work — presented in a simplified and relatable manner.
