Feedback is simply output of something feedback to the system or an information in response or reaction to a product or performance of a task.

Usually when we do a work or complete a piece of activity, we ask people to give feedback for that. For which many people respond with their comments.
Feedback comes in different forms. Sometimes it is received as comments, at times it comes as appreciating words, these days mostly with thumbs up icons or criticisms.
All the above are easy ways to respond to a performance. The most lethargic feedback is the 👍👍.
This was taught to people by social media sites, a simple gesture to show that you liked it. Nothing wrong but if you wish to give feedback, do it in a better way.
These days internet is bombarded with blogs and YouTube videos and regular bloggers / vloggers try to increase their viewership. This is in demand because there are audience.
Here, am going to talk about a constructive feedback. If the viewer feels that the presenter need improvement, give feedback. If the presenter himself or herself feels that he or she needs improvement, ask for feedback, intention must be to accept any comment from a viewer and evaluate yourself. This doesn't mean that you are too good or too bad. Evaluate and take what is necessary. Try to change and then evaluate again or get feedback again to check what your audience has to say.
It is such a beautiful system to get back to back feedback for your betterment. But there is always something. Do not get upset with criticism. Those who criticized you, ask them to give you the specific point you need to improve up on and how can that be done.
This is the right way to give feedback. Tell them what needs to be improved. How it can be improved may be researched up on or can seek guidance.
Hence, it will be always good if the person who gives a constructive feedback can complete the process by guiding them or coaching them in what improvement can be brought about. If you can't, don't comment. If you feel that is to be appreciated, well do it and mention why you liked it. If you feel that is not good, tell them openly why it is not good. Do not just leave comments.
And, for a performer, feedback is a blessing, accept it. It will add to your abilities.
